Description
A PCB (Printed Circuit Board), also known as a printed circuit board, is a type of printed circuit board made from a substrate of resin-coated copper foil or self-adhesive copper foil. It is primarily manufactured using an upside-down packaging and bonding process, resulting in a highly reliable printed circuit board with excellent flexibility. By integrating antennas and chips onto the PCB through specialized processes, it becomes a PCB electronic tag. PCB electronic tags offer superior resistance to oxidation, impact, and water, making them suitable for high-temperature outdoor environments. They feature a longer service life, ensuring durable performance and facilitating the reading and transmission of information.
Features
● High sensitivity, full frequency range (compatible with European and American frequencies)
This product uses FR-4 material as the substrate. With excellent reliability and consistency, it is widely used in metal environments such as asset management, logistics, equipment management, and internal enterprise production management. It is easy to deploy, has a compact structure, and is drop-resistant.
● Heat Resistance and Flame Retardancy
The glass fiber layer is coated with flame-retardant epoxy resin. The label’s flame-retardant material meets FR-4 standards, offering excellent heat resistance and self-extinguishing properties.
● Flexible Dimensions
Using a multi-layer epoxy board with high gain and bandwidth as the substrate, and drilling through-holes to connect the upper and lower layers of the printed circuit board, the label achieves excellent impedance matching, high gain, and bandwidth even in compact sizes. Structurally, it can withstand vibration and mechanical shock.
● Adaptable to Complex Environments
Utilizing a modified glass-fiber epoxy composite laminate as the PCB substrate, the flame-retardant material meets FR-4 standards. It can withstand high temperatures up to 200°C, high humidity, and pressures as high as 15 bar. Additionally, it resists hazardous chemicals such as H₂SO₄ and saltwater.
● Easy Installation
Suitable for a variety of installation environments, it is easy to install. Depending on the specific installation environment, it can be secured using 3M adhesive backing (with or without adhesive depending on Customer requirements), screws, rivets, or industrial-strength adhesives.
● Wide Range of Applications
Logistics/Warehousing/Asset Management: FR4 PCB labels can be used in warehouse logistics management, inventory management, automotive parts tracking, asset management, and industrial manufacturing. Typically used in heavy industry manufacturing, large-scale chemical industries, and critical asset management (power equipment, high-pressure boilers, mold management), etc.
