Description
The NFC Patrol Tag Management System is a tool that allows managers to verify whether patrol personnel have arrived at designated locations along their patrol routes at the specified times. The patrol system helps managers assess the performance of patrol personnel, and administrators can use the software to modify patrol routes at any time to accommodate the needs of different situations. The NFC Patrol Tag Management System can function as a standalone system using a computer or be integrated into an overall surveillance system. However, for smart buildings or residential complexes, the NFC Patrol Tag Management System should be integrated with other subsystems to form a comprehensive building automation system.
Patrol personnel carry a patrol scanner and conduct patrols along designated routes. Upon reaching a checkpoint within the designated time frame, they use the patrol device to scan the NFC card at that checkpoint, accompanied by dual vibration and light alerts. The patrol device automatically records the time of arrival and the patrol officer’s identity at that location. It is then connected to a computer via a data cable to upload the data to the management software’s database, where the software automatically analyzes and intelligently processes the patrol data, thereby enabling scientific management of patrol operations.
