30×15×1.25mm U8/R6P Flexible Anti-Metal RFID Tag

RFID flexible anti-metal tags are electronic tags encapsulated in a special material that technically resolves the challenge faced by standard anti-metal tags, which cannot adhere to irregular or curved metal surfaces. When applied to metal, these anti-metal electronic tags offer excellent read performance and can even be read from a greater distance than when in the air; they are compatible with RFID printers.

Encapsulated in PET material, these tags offer flexibility and water resistance. They are currently widely used in asset management, equipment management, and logistics and warehousing.

The chip utilizes AutoTune technology to automatically and continuously adjust the RF power on the chip, compensating for changing environmental conditions—including the influence of adjacent materials such as fabrics, packaging, and fixtures—significantly improving the responsiveness of the anti-metal tags.

●  High Performance: Fast, Millisecond-Level Response

The Monza R6 chip’s 32-bit memory encoding requires only 1.6 milliseconds, with an encoding speed exceeding 9,000 tags per minute, easily meeting demands for volume, cost, and order turnaround time.

●  Dipole Antenna Significantly Enhances Signal Gain

The folded dipole design improves radiation impedance and antenna efficiency, achieving increased signal gain without expanding the antenna’s footprint.

●  Printing Flexibility
