Description
PCB (Printed Circuit Board), also known as a printed circuit board, is a type of printed circuit board made by bonding resin copper foil or adhesive copper foil to a substrate. It is primarily manufactured using a flip-chip bonding process, resulting in a highly reliable and highly flexible printed circuit board. By adding antennas and chips to the PCB, it becomes a PCB electronic tag. High-gain and bandwidth multi-layer epoxy boards are stacked and drilled as the substrate. Through-holes connect the upper and lower multi-layer printed circuit boards, allowing the label to achieve good impedance matching, high gain, and bandwidth in a small size. Structurally, it can withstand vibration and mechanical shock.
